For your Convenience. Can’t come to us or don’t want to do a phone or virtual consultation, then this may be the option for you – and we will come to you.

Booking Requirements

Pre-Consultation Requirements:

Please make sure to have available your:

  • medical history
  • recent lab/blood work
  • medication lists
  • prior wellness plans or regimens (if any)
  • ALLERGIES, if any!

1. Appointment Scheduling:

  • All consultations must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Book your session online through our website or call our office for assistance.

2. Consultation Fees & Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Fee can be transferred if your appointment is rescheduled within the 24hr Rescheduling Timeframe.  
  • Natural Wellness Consultation: $145 (50 Minutes)
  • Family Caregiver Support Consultation: $135 (50 Minutes)
  • Follow-Up Consultations: $75 (30 Minutes)
  • In-Home Consultations: $185 (50 Minutes)
  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a partial refund or reschedule without additional charges.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
